| what has your research come up with so far? FWIW, the reason I am giving you a hard time is simple.
I plan to do my own paint jobs on the Jeep and the Z. Including the minor body work required (i'll leave the Z door to the pros tho). That being said, I have been doing web research for the past 3 weeks+ and have come across some amazing websites and technical documents. All free to view. The problem for you is that all those website links are on my home PC. And even more honostly, your basic questions can be answered in about one hour of googling different keywords.
From the available amount of web information, I could literally write a book. I don't plan to do my cars immediately... I plan to paint my riding lawnmowers first with automotive quality paints/primers/etc... to get familiar with the processes and techniques involved. Good luck with your research! It's very gratifying when you do it yourself.
